FIDI

Pickfords is a member of FIDI,  the largest global alliance of independent quality international removal companies.

FIDI was founded in 1950 to develop best practice in the international removals industry and provides a range of services to improve the performance of its members including: tailored training,  learning aids and career development opportunities.

Achieving the industry's highest standards

Quality is a cornerstone of FIDI’s strategy and the organisation has established FAIM (FIDI Accredited International Mover) and FAIM ISO quality accreditations to develop and demonstrate the quality of its members.

Pickfords was one of the first companies to be accredited with FAIMISO and has been accredited since 2000.

If you choose a FIDI member as your international removals company, you can be sure that the company meets the industry’s highest standards, that the company has the expertise, resources, processes and procedures to provide a quality international removals service.   A FIDI Accredited International Mover is required to undertake regular external audits as part of the FAIM programme and strives to maintain its service at the highest levels.
