Walk through valuation

An informal yet detailed room by room inspection of your home is made by one of our senior valuers, who will categorise your items and allocate a value. We will provide you with a detailed report showing global categorised figures to reflect the risk. Items over £15k will be identified and listed separately (max 15) including illustrations.  This is a 2 hour service at a cost of £250 plus VAT. 

Full insurance valuation

A discreet service whereby we fully detail all your personal possessions and household items, catalogue them fully, provide details, sizes, values and illustrations, produced in a bound document.  All our valuation documents include a detailed illustration and summary by category.
