Sometimes events take place that are out of our control, such as not being able to gain access to your new property at the agreed completion time. If your moving team is delayed due to access issues there will be additional costs for you to bear of £60 plus VAT per hour.

Pickfords offers a Late Key Waiver that will provide you with peace of mind if there is a delay in access to your new property.

The Late Key Waiver gives you the flexibility of a three-hour waiting time from the completion of your property. This means your Pickfords crew will be on site to complete the removal until 7pm or until the crew has used up its hours according to the Working Time Directive.

For as little as £35 plus VAT you could save £150 of costs due to delayed access.
