Transit and storage insurance
Removals insurance will cover your goods whilst they are in our care and control, against loss or damage, subject to the policy terms and conditions. A full policy wording is provided with your quotation stating what Pickfords insurance covers. You can expect full coverage on damage by breakage, vehicle accidents, fire, storm and theft when you sign up for Pickfords Goods in Transit removals insurance.
Storage insurance
If all or part of your removal includes going into our storage warehouses then we can offer fire insurance as our transit and storage insurance excludes fire coverage for items in store and is sold separately.
