- A trained Asset Management team carried out a detailed survey of the Association’s existing buildings to capture all assets including: desks, chairs, pedestals, storage cabinets, AV equipment, televisions, coat racks, white boards, racking, kitchen appliances, shredders and safes.
- Asset King was configured to create the categories defined by Sovereign
- A bar coded Asset Label with a unique number was attached to each item during the survey
- A detailed description of each item was added to the database by the Asset Management team

- 5,000 assets were captured by a team of two experienced Asset Managers over a period of ten working days, covering six separate buildings
