Asset management services

Asset King

Cataloguing your assets will help you to understand what machinery, furniture, IT and equipment your business owns or leases. Knowing what you have will help you plan a disposal or replacement strategy and assist with space planning.

A unique software system

Pickfords has developed a comprehensive asset management services utilising our own Asset King software system. Our trained and experienced asset management teams can capture all of your assets via software that has been developed to give our clients complete control.

Detailed information is registered and logged in the handsets for later download and analysis. Information can include:

  • Description
  • Age
  • Colour
  • Reference number
  • Location
  • Ownership
  • Depreciation value
  • Fit for purpose (in the new facility)
  • Make and model

A digital photograph can also be taken and inserted into the data. With this information the project team is able to make strategic decisions on procurement of new equipment and furniture, estimate replacement values, disposal costs, and relocation costs.

Customised reporting so you never lose track

Company specific data reports can be produced so you never lose track of the assets you are responsible for, their location, their condition, value and end of lease date.

Convenient mobile updates via Palm

With Asset King you are completely mobile and can access information anywhere on your seite. You can use mobile Palm units to update, change and manage your assets and update the master database at the end of the day.
