Customs clearance can be a minefield of process and documentation.  You can rely on Pickfords to guide you through the process.  Pickfords will be forwarding your consignment into the hands of a trusted network partner at your destination.  These partners have worked with Pickfords for years, in Australia and New Zealand there are Allied Pickfords offices across both countries.

Customs clearance

If you have chosen air or sea transit options or are moving outside of the EU, our network partner at destination will receive your paperwork from our International shipping team.   When these details are received, our partner at destination will contact you to arrange customs clearance and a suitable time for delivery of your international consignment.

Delivery to your door

Your consignment will be unpacked, unwrapped or un-crated and placed in your new home to your instructions.  Smaller items will be unpacked onto flat surfaces.
