The FIDI-FAIMISO Quality Standard
FIDI sets the highest of process standards for its FAIMISO management system and accreditation. The FIDI-FAIMISO accreditation programme provides a periodic, independent assessment of Pickfords’ cross-border and international moving activities by an external auditor.
FAIM ISO Certification
To obtain FIDI-FAIMISO certification, Pickfords has to achieve a certain mark for each of FIDI’s sixteen process parameters. The certification resulting from the FIDI-FAIM compliance procedure is valid for two years before another compliance procedure is required.
Pickfords has achieved FIDI FAIM or FIDI FAIMISO accreditation since 2000 and this rigorous management system is the foundation of our international moving quality programme.
