We are not authorised to give advice, so we cannot discuss the values of your items or your home insurances, but we will give factual details about our insurances, which have been designed specifically for customers moving domestically or internationally or going into store. You are advised to read all insurance documentation carefully to ensure it meets your demands & needs.
Being authorised and regulated by the FSA means that customers are further protected by our membership of the Financial Ombudsman Service, which will deal with customers' complaints about insurance selling.
Transit and Storage insurance, as sold by removers, is no longer a regulated product in accordance with FSA rules after April 2009. Pickfords has retained its FSA authorisation to provide customers with better protection and to demonstrate its compliance with the FSA’s principles and handbook rules.
