Do you offer Premises protection, and what does it cover?
Premises Protection – Extended Liability
The limit in our Standard Terms and Conditions of Business is £75 at each location but by taking out this extended liability and paying the fee for each location you can extend the cover to £50,000 at each location
What is covered?
We will pay for any direct physical loss or damage to Your Premises situated in the UK and Ireland, if we are negligent or in breach of contract or otherwise legally liable, caused by Our employees and/or any other persons operating under Our direct control and instruction while they are working at Your Premises.
Claims?
The settlement of any claim shall be by replacement, repair and/or compensation at Our option.
Excess?
There is no excess in the cover.
