The Office of Fair Trading

Pickfords and the BAR liaise closely with the Office of Fair Trading to ensure trading terms and conditions meet current statutory requirements and that consumers interests are taken into account.

The BAR sets out rigorous standards of customer care for its members. If you have a problem that you are unable to resolve directly, the BAR offers a free conciliation service designed to ensure fair play and satisfaction for all parties concerned.
