From January 2005 the selling of insurance in the removals industry by removers
acting as brokers became regulated and supervised by the Financial Services
Authority. Pickfords registered with The Financial Services Authority under
ref. 311689 and is thereby authorised and has been regulated to sell insurance

What does this mean to our customers?

you with documentation in accordance with The Financial Services Authority's
rules to ensure your demands and needs are being met. Our customers also
have access to the Financial Ombudsmen's Service if they feel they've been
missold insurance.
