Packing and loading
Your goods will be packed into a container at your residence. If you have chosen a shared load transit option, your furniture and household effects will be loaded into a vehicle bound for our international warehouse for consolidation prior to shipping overseas.

At delivery
Our international operations team will liaise with our preferred agent at your destination, who will be briefed to expect your consignment. Our colleagues at your destination will make contact with you to talk you through customs procedures and arrange customs clearance of your goods at a mutually convenient time for your delivery.
Our preferred partner agent will collect your goods from the port or airport and deliver to your new home.
You will be asked to sign an inventory on receipt of your goods, which is our record of what has been delivered into your care.
