| Plant/Equipment Utilised: | 2 wheeled expresso trucks, 4 wheeled platform dollies. |
| PPE Worn/Supplied: | Safety footwear, company uniforms. hi-viz tabards. |
| Materials to be Used: | Identification labels, bubble wrap, computer cartons, plastic crates, protective blankets, floor/lift/wall protection, step ramps. |
| Health & Safety: | Above client to be responsible for the provision of a safe working environment which is free from defect and does not pose a risk to health. |
| Methodology: | 1 - Pickfords team leader will walk the site prior to commencement with the client. 2 - Pickfords team leader will work to the floor plan/layout provided by the client to ensure correct site of effects. 3 - Pickfords team leader will act as liaison between our workforce and client nominated representative. 4 - On completion Pickfords team leader will confirm with client representative that the relocation is complete and obtain a signature to that effect. 5 - Pickfords team leader will sign off any agreed additional work with client representative to allow additional charges which may be applicable. |
| Movement: | Furniture and crates will be relocated using trained operatives, sack barrows, dollies. Delicate items will be protected during transit using adequate protective materials. All stepped areas to be ramped to allow access. |
