Pickfords has offices in Dublin and Belfast.  Many of our customers plan on moving to Ireland and Pickfords has regular departures to Ireland. Popular destinations include Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway and Londonderry.

Moving services to Ireland

Pickfords will provide a free quotation for your move to Ireland. Your local Pickfords branch will arrange to pack and load your goods and transport them to your new home. The price of your move will include the cost of the ferry. Pickfords will arrange to unpack your goods at your new home and will clear any debris.  Pickfords will provide a service to suit your requirements. If you can be flexible with your delivery date then a part load service would be a cost effective way of moving to Ireland.

Part load

Your effects are packed at your home on an agreed date and transferred to our warehouse for onward transport to your new home when moving to Ireland. Pickfords will agree a delivery window with you and will advise you of the scheduled delivery date when it is known.

Direct load

Your household effects are packed at your home and loaded directly onto a European road vehicle. Your goods will be transported directly to your new home. You can select a delivery date to suit your requirements. Be aware of parking restrictions at your new homeIt is important to discuss the access to your new home during your home survey.

Parking restrictions, apartment blocks and narrow streets can all create their own particular problems when unloading. Pickfords, through its local offices in Ireland has access to special equipment (hoists and shuttle vehicles) to deliver your effects to your new home.

Storage in Ireland

Many customers require a stopgap before moving into their new home and in these circumstances they have the option of a convenient, professional storage service. Pickfords can arrange to store your goods in a secure warehouse facility in Ireland.
