We select a suitable network of preferred suppliers, which has been built carefully over time and is constantly audited and reviewed.
As part of our audit process we ensure that all of our suppliers within our network have the necessary insurances, methodology, experience and relevant certification.
We ensure all new contractors provide relevant references from previous clients prior to being appointed to our supplier network.
Service Level Agreements
We agree and formalise service levels agreements with all contractors prior to undertaking any project. These service levels are monitored throughout the project and reviewed following completion to ensure quality is achieved throughout.
Our on-site project team monitor and control all jobs in progress to audit the quality of the work and conduct a formal audit of the work post project, measuring key performance points including; liaison with the client, understanding of project brief, delivery of services against requirements, punctuality and flexibility.
Our network of suppliers is constantly reviewed to ensure the highest quality service is delivered under the Pickfords Business Solutions name.
