Can I track my shipment on-line?

My furniture is currently in transit from Northern Ireland to Western Australia and I was told that it was possible to track it on-line to see where things are at the moment?

Can you tell me how to do this?

 

In order to track your consignment,  go to the following link and input your consignment information

Enter your customer reference number with the prefix 1002

Enter the first three letters of your surname

Click to submit

This information will give you access to our global operating system where the critical dates of your move are updated.
