The Moving with Quality programme has established a series of training initiatives across job roles within the organisation to provide consistent service delivery across the country.
Training includes Pickfords behavioural standards, Pickfords operational standards, Health and Safety training, packing and handling skills and systems training for office based employees
Pickfords uses one–to-one or classroom based workshops to develop our people and help them expand their skills and knowledge and develop their careers.
