Bristol: Technical Sales Manager

As a Technical Sales Manager you’ll contact customers who have shown an interest in working with our organization or whom you believe will derive value from our service proposition, You will & where appropriate, provide a full quotation or proposal for their prospective move or project.

Job Purpose:

Grow territory revenue within the business solutions division and deliver profitable revenue in line with margin expectation.

Responsibilities:

It’s important that you understand fully our customers needs and requirements, as relocating an office can be one of the most stressful and daunting experiences in the workplace. Your natural approach will ensure that Customers are at ease when making important decisions and feel confident in the knowledge, skills and professionalism that you demonstrate.

  • Complete accurate survey of contents to be moved or project to be undertaken
  • A consultative & professional engagement style
  • Identification & understanding of customer buying criteria.
  • Management and development of local accounts.
  • Local development and brand awareness.

KPIs:

  • Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Sales productivity target.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Ideally you will have had previous business moving/relocations sales experience & even better if you have some specialist skills in the removals or logistics industry.

The key attributes we’re looking for are excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed. You’ll need to be happy working independently, and have a proactive approach to sales & be good with all basic office programs.
