Your Pickfords’ removal quote will be provided in a single document to minimise the amount of paperwork you need to deal with. The removal quote will include the cost of the actual move itself and will indicate whether this is a direct move to another home or a move into store. It will also contain the cost of any storage or packing.
Your move consultant may have identified a number of options for you to consider during the survey. All options are costed and explained separately to give you the choice of the best move to suit your individual needs.
If you are choosing to store, your removal quote will include your weekly storage charge together and storage insurance (if you are choosing to insure)
With Pickfords you have the choice of a number of waivers and insurances to give you complete piece of mind. This information will be detailed separately so you can see the costs clearly and make an informed choice.
Your removal quote will also include details of your move timetable.
Your move plan
Your move plan accompanies your removal quote. The move plan will detail the services Pickfords will be providing such as wrapping, packing together with the move timetable.
The move plan also outlines your responsibilities, for instance packing your own items.
The move plan has been designed to clearly inform you of all the details of your move and will be confirmed verbally by your move co-ordinator on acceptance.
