Quality management systems and accreditations

As part of its Moving with Quality programme, Pickfords uses quality management systems which are proven frameworks for continually improving its procedures and processes with its customers in mind.

The International Standard’s Organisation's ISO systems and accreditations are effective management tools which help our management team to improve operational effectiveness, increase customer satisfaction, monitor our customers' experiences and continually improve our performance.

ISO certification

As part of its ISO programme, Pickfords’ management systems are externally assessed by a third party and ultimately certified to demonstrate that we abide by the principles set out in the standard and follow industry best practice.

Our ISO accreditations include:
