The BSI certification covers Pickfords’ entire nationwide network of removal and storage centres – including major regional sites in Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Gateshead, Hayes, Milton Keynes, and Normanton, as well as the company’s head office in Enfield, Middlesex.
The BS OHSAS 18001 certifies that Pickfords’ health and safety management system is consistently able to identify and control health and safety risks, reduce the risk of accidents, improve overall safety performance, and ensure full legislative compliance.
Pickfords has also been awarded RoSPA’s President’s Award. This is awarded to companies that have achieved RoSPA’s gold award for health and safety excellence over a period of ten consecutive years.
