In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your sales expertise to develop strong connections with customers, providing them with the reassurance and guidance they need during what can often be a daunting experience: moving. By conducting sales via video, you'll have the opportunity to establish instant rapport, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions that put them at ease.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all sales interactions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and introducing partner revenue streams.
  • Collaborating with business partners to cultivate future opportunities.
  • Working seamlessly within a dynamic sales team, utilising both on-site and video sales techniques.
  • Maintaining close communication with Customer Service and Operations teams, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
  • Embracing every opportunity to contribute and excel.

Your success will be measured by a set of key performance indicators, including achieving annual revenue targets, sales productivity, and quarterly sales reviews. Plus, there's the chance to earn recognition as Salesperson of the Year and make your mark on our Sales Activity League.

Skills, knowledge and experience:

To thrive in this role, you'll bring: 

  • Proven experience in field or video sales.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • The knack for building alliances and maintaining fruitful relationships.
  • A keen understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
  • Solid networking skills and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in PC and IT, including Excel.
