How does it work?

Our removal team will arrive and, if requested, professionally pack your goods for you. They will then load the items into the van, ensuring that loading protocols are compliant with health and safety standards.

The team will drive to your new home, unload the van, place the furniture in your new home under your direction and unpack smaller items onto flat surfaces.

The team will clear all debris at the time of the move if required.

Need help packing?

We offer an optional packing service. This will be done by our team on the day of your move. We’ll assess your packing requirements over the phone and suggest the best moving kit for your needs.

If you prefer to pack yourself and require materials, we can deliver packing materials to you ahead of move day.

About our removal professionals

All of our removal teams are highly trained professionals. They are trained in manual handling, packing and loading and customer care. Training is ongoing, with all teams undergoing refresher courses throughout the year to ensure that packing and loading skills are up to date.

Our removal teams are fully checked and cleared by the UK government's Disclosure and Barring Service (formally called CRB checks) for your total peace of mind, and are easily identifiable by their distinctive navy uniforms.

All our drivers are CPC qualified, which means they’ve been trained to drive responsibly and our vehicles are compliant with the London Emission Zone regulations. Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is a qualification which requires the driver to attend initial training to qualify, then to follow up with refresher training throughout their career.
