About our Cambridge Self storage facility

Our Self Store facility is Ideally located in central Cambridge. We are located on Clifton Way, adjacent to The Junction and Cambridge Leisure Park.

Our facility offers a convenient and easily accessible solution for all your storage requirements.

What we offer

• Flexible terms. You can store your belongings with us for however long you like. You also don’t need to provide us with notice periods for moves in or out of store.
• Change your storage sizing at any time. We offer a variety of storage box units for you to choose from. You can alter your unit size at any time if your storage requirements change.
• Accessible storage. You can access your storage units six days a week, from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3.30pm on Saturdays. Come and go as you like between these times.
• Top security. You will be the only person with the key to your unit. Our Cambridge self storage facility is also fully alarmed with a direct link to the emergency services and we have 24 hours state-of-the-art security monitoring systems in place.
• Optional packing materials. We offer a wide range of packing materials including cartons, boxes, bubble wrap and furniture covers. If you're in need of packing materials, visit us in store or let us know on the phone and we can arrange to send the packing materials to your home.
• Optional insurance. We can provide you with insurance if you would like a little extra protection for your goods whilst they're in store.
• Discounted rates. We offer a 10% discount if you pay 6 months upfront, and a 15% discount when you pay for 12 month upfront. We also offer special rates for students and armed forces personnel.

1. Email, phone or get a quote for your storage unit.

2. Pack up your belongings ready for storage. Let us know if you need packing materials

3. Deliver your items to our Cambridge storage facility and secure them with the padlock and key provided.

How much does it cost?

Our Cambridge Self Storage facility provides affordable storage. You can rent storage from £43.33 a month. We also offer discounts to students and armed forces personnel and if payment is received upfront on a 6 month or 12 month basis. Cambridge University students

Our Cambridge Self Storage facility is perfect for University students. You can leave your belongings with us during the holidays or even whilst you're on a year abroad or in industry. We have many international students who choose us to store their belongings too.

Additional services

• We offer a Mail Box service for businesses from £25 per month. All mailboxes will have a CB1 address.
• We provide a Man and Van service to help our customers move items in and out of store.
• We offer short term and long term car parking. Our car park is cheaper than any other central Cambridge car park, with daily car parking from £6.50. 
• We offer a low-cost baggage holding facility for tourists looking to view the city without carrying around heavy bags. We are located near the city center, close to the railway station, making it easy for you to drop your bags off. We charge from £5 per day for this service.
• We provide office space to anyone looking to host a business conference or meeting.
• We have pallet trucks and barrows on site to help our customers move their items into store. 
• We can accept deliveries at our reception on behalf of our customers.

Things to remember for your first visit

• Photo ID. This could be a passport, UK photocard driving license, EU photo ID card or an NUS card.
• Address ID. Please bring either a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months.
• Means to pay. Please bring the debit or credit card which you wish to make your initial payment with.
• Bank details. We'll need your bank details in order to set up your on going storage direct debit.
