Trainee Partnership Co-ordinator

Grow network revenue and promote brand awareness by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming enquiries from all channels (including but not limited to Live Chat, Web, Lead generation, Telephone) commercially reviewing them and auctioning accordingly
  • Understand the customers needs and improve the customer experience with all enquiries recorded within Navision
  • Maximise sales opportunity for our existing field and office based teams
  • To deal with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards at all times
  • Work to KPI’s ensuring targets are met and exceeded
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Introduce and maintain affiliate and partnership revenue streams
  • Other duties as required

KPIs

  • Effective management of all incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Accurate input of data into Navision.
  • Increase enquiry base to maximise network revenue opportunity
  • Increase conversion of enquiries to quotes.
  • Adherence to the 3 call process.
  • Customer queries managed in line with company procedures and standards
