Help with customs regulations

The team at The Desk will take your enquiry, brief you on the procedures you need to be aware of when moving to one of these countries and  talk you through the customs regulations processes and paperwork you need to complete. The team will arrange for a local survey to take place, of the goods that you intend to take with you and will arrange the quotation for your move.

Video survey

If you need a survey quickly, we can arrange for a video to take place of your home via your smartphone or tablet. Downloading our video app is easy, and you will have the opportunity to meet your Move Manager by video. Your device's camera will record the goods you want to move, and we will create a quotation for you based on the recording.

The Desk has visibility of all shipments which are preparing for transportation to specialist countries and will advise the best transit option for you, whether a full container for exclusive use or a container shared with another Pickfords customer travelling to the same destination.
