Pickfords operates its international relocation and moving business through the Pickfords Global Network. 

The Pickfords Global Network (PGN) is a standards-based network of 1500 relocation and moving partners in over 196 countries, providing a consistent, quality service door-to-door. The network – which is underpinned by defined quality standards and a rigorous performance management process – provides international relocation, removals and storage services to the highest standards. 

The Pickfords Global Network is managed by a committee that has decades of combined experience working within the international relocation and removals industry and has built trusted relationships with its network members. 

Recruitment and membership of the Pickfords Global Network 

For international removals and storage services,  Pickfords’ principal moving partners within the Pickfords Global Network are members of FIDI, the largest global alliance of international moving companies. All FIDI members must achieve the FAIM accreditation to achieve membership. FAIM is the most stringent quality standard for the international moving industry which is regularly audited by an independent party to ensure the member is compliant to FIDI’s standards. 

Members must comply with over 200 quality requirements, including the company’s fiscal stability, operational processes, training, data security, health and safety, vehicle and warehouse maintenance, and facilities.   
Our relocation partners at destination have been has a structured, multi-step process to ensure only top-quality partners are selected to serve its clients. The onboarding procedure includes thorough research, rigorous due diligence, formal agreements, training, and ongoing monitoring. 

Performance reviewing

Ongoing partner performance is closely tracked through real-time reports and monthly analyses. Core partners undergo quarterly reviews, and audits identify potential issues early. 

The Pickfords Global Network has been built carefully over time. Pickfords’ partners are selected for their quality, reliability and customer care. Pickfords has relationships at the highest levels within the Pickfords Global Network membership.
