End-to-end departure coordination
Our Relocation Consultants work closely with your employees to manage all formalities related to the move. This includes reviewing the lease agreements, advising on move-out procedures and arranging services such as professional cleaning or minor repairs, as required by the tenancy terms. We conduct both preliminary and final walkthroughs of the property to identify any issues before handover.
In addition, we assist with obtaining the return of deposits from landlords and closing accounts with utility providers. Lease cancellations, the sale or disposal of personal effects such as vehicles, and the transfer of post or phone services, are all coordinated on behalf of your employees.
