How does our international removals service work? 

1. You can either contact us directly by giving us a call, or you can fill out our online quote form. A member of our international team will then get in contact with you to take some further detail of your requirements.
2. A survey will need to be arranged of the property, so we can gage an accurate idea of what there is to moved and how you would like it to be done. We can carry out the survey via a live video call, using the Pickfords Video App, or we can organise for a consultant to visit the property.
3. Following the survey, a quotation of your move to Croatia will be produced and sent to you via email.
4. Once you have a date in mind, we can then get your move all booked in!
5. Move day will quickly come around and the crew will arrive at your property to begin packing and loading your goods.
6. Your goods will be sent via road freight to Croatia.
7. Your goods will be cleared at customs and delivered to your new destination.

How do we transport your goods to Croatia?

We offer a number of container load options for customers moving to Croatia to ensure your requirements are met:

• Full container load. Your goods will be loaded into either a 20ft or 40ft container which will be exclusively yours. They will then be sent directly on their way to Croatia and your move manager will contact you to confirm a delivery date. Our Croatian agents will then liaise and arrange a delivery date with you, to get your goods to your new home. We recommend using our full container load service if you are planning to move your entire property. This is a direct service and will have the shortest transit time.
• Shared container load. This service is more cost effective and is recommended for those who are flexible with their delivery date. Our crew will pack and load your items at your current property and will transport them back to our warehouse for consolidation. They will then be sent on their onward transit to Croatia. With the shared container load, you will be sharing the cost of the container with other Pickfords customers moving goods to Croatia.

Pickfords offer international removals insurance to protect your belongings during transit. This is also to offer a piece of mind in the event that anything unfortunate happens to your goods on their way to Croatia.
