Pickfords amongst top 35% of companies assessed by sustainability company Ecovadis
Pickfords, the leading provider of moving and storage services in
the UK, has announced that it has been awarded a Bronze medal by the renowned
sustainability company, Ecovadis. This recognition highlights Pickfords’
commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
Ecovadis is a trusted provider of sustainability ratings, relied
upon by organisations worldwide to assess and benchmark their environmental,
social, and ethical performance.
Pickfords underwent a comprehensive analysis of our sustainability
practices, resulting in the achievement of a Bronze medal. This award positions
Pickfords among the top 35% of companies assessed by Ecovadis in the past year,
reflecting the company’s dedication to sustainability excellence. Pickfords
is a carbon neutral company with a carbon reduction plan in place based on
science based targets.
This marks our first Ecovadis award, and it's a significant step in the right direction. As we continue on our sustainability journey, we remain dedicated to our environmental responsibility.
